Examinations and Promotions Two Terminal Examinations (September & March), four unit tests and class tests shall be conducted. Students found absent owing to sickness may have to provide medical certificate. Willing absentees shall be marked absent and a strict view of the same shall be taken. Promotions are granted only in deserving cases. No influence in this regard is entertained. Report cards have to be collected by parents personally.
Awards and Scholarships Students who procure highest percentage and more than 80% marks in the final examination and state/national level in any games/sports winner shall be awarded by Social Educational Development and Charitable Trust.
Prayer Assembly It is obligatory for all children and teachers to participate in daily Prayer and Meditation followed by moral instructions, group song, cultural and literary activities.
Disciplinary Norms Arya Sr Sec School stands for high norms, values & tries to inculcate in the students the most desirable habits and norms of behaviour through sympathetic guidance & instructions. If a student does not respond to repeated guidance and instructions, he may be punished as a disciplinary measure. If a student indulgence in activities against the discipline of the school, than this may be expelled from the school as the school authority reserves the right of expelling any student whenever it feels that such an action is necessary in the interest of the institution.
Withdrawal From School Students may be withdrawn from the school on one month's notice or one month's fee shall be paid. If fees/fine or any such outstanding amount/arrears are due from the guardian, the security deposited shall be adjusted in the same and the remaining amount is to be paid by the guardian before a T.C. can be issued. T.C. (Transfer Certificate) may not be claimed immediately. Reasonable time may be given to the school for the issue of T.C. (minimum two days).
